Cortland Lioi

Cortland Lioi joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2025 as a Vice President in Newport Beach. He specializes in dispositions and acquisitions of single-tenant net-leased properties nationwide. Prior to joining SRS, Cortland was a director at Berkeley Capital Advisors where his team brokered more than 2,100 transactions totaling $6 billion. Leveraging his investment knowledge and work ethic, he has built long-standing relationships with private clients, national operators, developers, private equity firms, and REITs. Cortland started his real estate career in 2017 at Matthews Real Estate Investment Services. He has developed a reputation for providing unparalleled experience and improving clients' investment positions.

Cortland graduated from the University of Southern California with a B.A. in communications and a minor in real estate development/finance.
