Corey Hopkins

Corey Hopkins joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2026 as a Vice President with the National Net Lease team in Newport Beach. He represents developers and private investors in the sale and acquisition of retail investment properties, primarily net-leased and shopping center assets, throughout the Greater Southern California region. Corey’s clients rely on his steadfast work ethic, first class personalized service, creative deal-structuring abilities and in-depth knowledge of the Southern California real estate market. Prior to joining SRS, Corey gained eight years of investment brokerage experience at Marcus & Millichap.

Corey is a graduate of the Chapman University system, earning an MBA in Marketing and BA in Sociology. He is also an active member of ICSC since 2017.
