Cole Dutherage

Cole Dutherage joined SRS in 2024 as an Associate in the Houston office. He is involved in all aspects of retail leasing with a focus on tenant and landlord representation. Before joining SRS, Cole worked as a disposition agent at New Western. He has experience working with landlords and other investors to find new investment opportunities.



Cole has a Bachelor of Science in Economics from the University of Houston.
