Christian Janelle

Christian G. Janelle joined SRS in 2018 as first vice president. His primary focus has been on retail, restaurants, mixed-use, land and (re)development opportunities. Christian started in the business working in-house for developers such as Waterstone Properties Group, The Wilder Companies and Water’s Edge Management. Then he pivoted to Colliers International representing landlords and tenants for their commercial real estate needs in Boston. Christian’s primary areas of focus have been in development/redevelopment projects, portfolio shopping centers, and representing tenants throughout the northeast. Christian is active within the Boston real estate community as a part of the CBA DEI Initiative & ICSC NextGen Committee.

Christian is a graduate of Endicott College, in Massachusetts where he played varsity lacrosse. He is a part of the Philippines Lacrosse Association, while playing on the Philippines national lacrosse team. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with his family and dog, Bear; traveling, golfing, and trying new restaurants.
