Chris McKenzie joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2026 as Vice President, further strengthening the firm’s Industrial Services platform throughout the Greater Los Angeles, Ventura County, and Southern California markets. Chris is a trusted advisor to industrial property owners, investors, occupiers, developers, and owner-users throughout Southern California. He specializes in warehouse leasing, investment sales, owner-user acquisitions and dispositions, tenant representation, site selection, and strategic portfolio advisory services. His experience spans warehouse, manufacturing, logistics, distribution, and infill industrial properties, where he combines market intelligence, disciplined analysis, and relationship-driven execution to help clients achieve their operational and long-term investment objectives.
Prior to joining SRS, Chris served as a Principal at Lee & Associates and previously as Senior Vice President at Delphi Business Properties, representing a broad range of industrial owners, investors, occupiers, and developers throughout the region. During his brokerage career, he has consistently been recognized as a top-performing producer, earning multiple Top Producer Awards and President’s Circle honors while also receiving numerous recognitions from the Los Angeles Business Journal and the San Fernando Valley Business Journal Commercial Real Estate Awards.
Chris brings more than two decades of leadership and business development experience spanning commercial real estate, national sales, and military service. Before entering commercial real estate, he spent nearly a decade in the fire, life safety, and electronic security industry, where he held national sales and business development roles focused on helping organizations protect people, property, and critical infrastructure. Earlier in his career, Chris served honorably in the United States Navy. The principles of Honor, Courage, and Commitment have remained guiding values throughout his career and continue to influence the way he serves clients, leads relationships, and approaches every opportunity.
Chris studied at Columbia College and is an active member of SIOR, ACG Los Angeles, NAIOP, and AIRCRE. He is also the founder of Broker to Broker, an industry initiative dedicated to strengthening collaboration and professional relationships throughout the commercial real estate community.
