Chris Giammanco

Chris Giammanco joined SRS in 2025 as a Senior Financial Analyst in the Newport Beach office. Chris will complete underwriting and financial modeling of deals, create content for offering memorandums and pitch decks, and provide overall support to the brokerage teams. Prior to joining SRS, Chris was at Altus Group within the advisory division where he joined as a valuation analyst and most recently served as a senior consultant. Prior to that he also worked in CRE research at Cushman and Wakefield.

Chris has a B.S in real estate and development from the University of California San Diego. While at UC San Diego, Chris was a part of the winning 2020 NAIOP University Challenge team and a ULI Etkin Johnson Scholar.
