Chris Beauchamp joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2024 as a Vice President. With almost 10 years in real estate, Beauchamp specializes in landlord and tenant representation throughout the Inland Empire. Using his market knowledge, a client-driven focus and creativity, he customizes solutions that meet his clients’ needs. With this approach, he has developed relationships with Dutch Bros Coffee, Panera Bread, Habit Burger, Quick Quack Car Wash, EoS Fitness, Advance Auto Parts, West Coast Dental, Les Schwab, Xponential Fitness, and Take 5 Oil Change. Prior to joining SRS, Chris was with Lee & Associates, where he was known for his high cold call rate and excellent customer service. 

Chris is a graduate of California State University, San Bernardino. He is a member of ICSC.
