Chris Abdayem, CCIM

Chris Abdayem joined the SRS Phoenix office where he focuses on the disposition and acquisition of single and multi-tenant net-leased investment properties nationwide. Chris received his Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Kansas Newman University in Wichita, Kansas. He grew up working in his family’s successful French Restaurant, established in 1986, which instilled hard work ethic from a very young age. 

 In 2022, Chris was the recipient of SRS’s Rising Star Award, which recognizes transaction volume and early success in the brokerage industry. The same year, he was honored with Real Producers Magazine 30 under 30 Award. In December of 2021, he was awarded the Jack L. Hunt CCIM Scholarship and vowed to complete all 4 courses in under 2 years, earning his CCIM designation in October of 2023 after completing over 200+ hours of in-person course work and passing the comprehensive final exam. He is recognized as an expert in the disciplines of commercial investment real estate and has demonstrated a depth of proven experience along with the completion of the rigorous CCIM curriculum.

Chris is a member of the Central Arizona CCIM Chapter, NAR, ICSC, and the Arizona Chapter of NAIOP. He volunteers at Boys and Girls Club of Arizona and is a Board Member of the Wichita YMCA.
