Charlie Koch joined SRS in 2023 as an analyst in the Newport Beach office. Charlie assists brokers in single and multi-tenant net lease underwriting, performing financial/market analysis, and writing reports. Prior to joining SRS, he was an intern at Hanley Investment Group.
Charlie is a graduate of Chapman University, where he earned a degree in economics.
