Chanelle Black joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2026 as a Transaction Manager. In her role, Chanelle works with the net lease team to manage their pipeline through closing. She oversees preparation and execution of proposals, presentations, and closing documentation. She serves as a liaison with clients ensuring seamless communication and transaction execution. Prior to joining SRS, Chanelle worked 11 years for CBRE in client services.
