Chad Redfearn

Chad Redfearn joined SRS in 2022 as an Analyst in the Newport Beach office. Chad underwrites a wide variety of properties, including single and multi-tenant. He assists the brokerage team by preparing price comparables and coordinating marketing and photography of buildings that are available for sale.  Prior to joining SRS, Chad was a Leasing Marketing Manager at HG Fenton. He helped manage multiple properties in the San Diego area and helped oversee financials at one location.

Chad graduated from Southern Methodist University with a degree in finance with a concentration in real estate finance.
