Bryan Wright

Bryan Wright joined SRS in 2020 as senior associate in the Boston office. He focuses on tenant and landlord representation within New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Bryan has more than five years of experience. He was previously with Colliers International, where he successfully completed numerous assignments representing tenants, landlords, and property owners. He helped Golden Corral and Boone’s Thai Chicken bring their first locations to New Hampshire, as well as seven locations for CBD American Shaman in New Hampshire and Massachusetts. He has worked with retailers such as Weight Watchers, Firehouse Subs, and Altitude Trampoline as well as landlords Brixmor Property Group, Linear Retail, and Epicenter, LLC. One of his most noteworthy deals at Colliers was an off-market Planet Fitness net lease transaction with a 7% cap rate.

Bryan has an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University and is affiliated with the New Hampshire Commercial Investment Board of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, and ICSC where he is a part of the Next Gen committee.
