Brian Nadler

Brian Nadler joined SRS in 2020 with over 16 years of experience specializing in restaurant and retail real estate throughout New England, most recently with National Commercial Brokers. Having negotiated more than 500 lease, sale, and disposition transactions, Brian brings strong tenant and client relationships across the Boston and New England markets. Most notably, Brian has directed rollouts for Qdoba, Naya Middle Eastern Kitchen and Counter, SuperCuts, T-Mobile, Sprint, BJ’s Restaurant and Brewhouse, Applebee’s, Wahlburgers, and Wing Stop. The numerous complex disposition projects Brian managed included the sale of Friendly Ice Cream assets, Staples, Best Buy, 7-Eleven, Walgreens, and CVS. 

Brian is a graduate of Juniata College in Huntingdon, Pennsylvania and is involved with ICSC. He gives back to his community through organizations dedicated to food insecurity across the nation such as Feeding America, the nation’s largest domestic hunger-relief organization, as well as MAZON, a national advocacy organization working to end hunger among people of all faiths and backgrounds in the United States and Israel. Locally, Brian was the Needham Park and Recreation Commissioner for six years and actively supports the Needham Community Council, an organization which supports people in the community who have under-met health, educational, or social needs.
