Bree Casas

Senior Associate

Bree Casas joined SRS in 2019 as an associate in Southern California. She spends time out of both the Newport Beach and the Los Angeles office. Bree focuses on Owner Services with an emphasis on larger, multi-tenant shopping centers throughout Southern California. In her role, she excels at curating first-class tenant mixes, identifying emerging market opportunities, and negotiating favorable terms for her clients. Known for her proactive problem-solving and strong client relationships, she consistently secures top tenants and delivers strategic leasing solutions that maximize property value.

Bree was introduced to commercial real estate through an internship with BMW Realty Advisors. There, she worked on the leasing and marketing of The Point, a shopping, dining, and entertainment destination in the South Bay. Additionally, she has experience in personnel training, event planning, and social media campaigns through a position as a brand ambassador for Muscle Milk.

Bree is a graduate of California State University, Long Beach, where she made the Dean’s Honor List and was a member of Delta Zeta sorority and of Beach Hillel.
