Beto Villarreal

Beto Villarreal joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2026 as a Transaction Associate Coordinator. Beto provides transaction management and marketing support for the retail team. He conducts research, prepares documentation, presentations, and proposals. Prior to joining SRS, Beto was a sales and leasing manager at Origo Works, where he led commercial leasing efforts across a portfolio of high-profile retail developments in the Rio Grande Valley and Central Texas.

Beto has bachelor’s degree in advertising from the University of Texas at Austin.
