Benjamin Gould joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2026. He is a 25-year retail real estate veteran who specializes in dispositions, lease renegotiations and valuation strategies. He has generated significant occupancy cost savings for clients through lease terminations, restructurings and surplus property dispositions, and has played a key role in developing financial models and reporting systems to support complex transaction programs.
Prior to joining SRS, was a vice president at CBRE where he worked in the Occupier Restructuring & Disposition Services Group. He also has experience as a managing director at DJM Real Estate, a Gordon Brothers Group Company. He assisted in development of the firm’s widely recognized financial model and has provided valuations on more than 6,000 retail and commercial leasehold and fee-owned interests nationally. Benjamin was also the architect behind the company’s industry-leading deal-tracking and reporting system.
Benjamin has a B.S. in finance with a concentration in real estate finance and mortgage back securities from Hofstra University.
