Ben Keefe

Ben Keefe joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2026 as a Senior Associate with the National Net Lease Group in Tampa. He focuses on representing developer, private, and institutional clients in the acquisition and disposition of net lease retail properties. With more than 10 years of commercial real estate experience, Ben also advises corporate clients on sale-leasebacks and M&A transactions.

In his role, Ben supports transaction execution across the net lease platform, including sourcing buyers, leading marketing efforts, and managing active listings and due diligence processes.

Prior to joining SRS, Ben was Principal and Managing Director at Telos Commercial Real Estate, where he focused on the development of single-tenant net lease retail projects. Before Telos, he was with PREP Property Group, where he worked on acquisitions for the firm’s Net Lease Income REIT. Over the course of his career, Ben has been involved in more than $350 million in real estate transactions.

Ben earned a B.B.A. in Finance from the University of Cincinnati, where he remains actively involved with the Lindner Business Honors Program and the UC Real Estate Center.
