Anita Stoddard Tellez

Director of Operations

Anita has nearly 30 years of commercial real estate experience in operations management, including her role as operations manager for CBRE as well as her previous role with SRS as an organizational operations consultant. She brings a unique perspective and understanding to any sales-related industry as she was also a top-producing salesperson, ranking consistently in the top 1% as a manufacturer and medical sales rep. 

Anita joined the SRS Real Estate team in 2017 and currently serves as Director of Operations as part of the corporate headquarters team. In her role, Anita is responsible for maintaining national data quality standards, developing systems and processes to ensure efficiency across all offices, coaching and mentoring operations personnel, and ensuring that collection and licensing procedures are maintained. Anita provides leadership, original ideas, and collaborates with other corporate departments to facilitate and streamline processes across the company.

In her previous role as Senior National Operations Manager, Anita had oversight and management of SRS’ transaction database and compliance including the creation and maintenance of a searchable online manual and training resources for policies and procedures. Her focus on efficiency and productivity saved her team many hours of work and ensured accurate transaction data.

Anita graduated summa cum laude from Arizona State University and also attended the Arizona School of Real Estate where she received her real estate license.
