Andrew Lehrer

Andrew Lehrer, SIOR, joined SRS Real Estate Partners in 2023 and serves as Vice President. His experience includes build-to-suits, master-planned business park leasing, third-party logistics, sale-leasebacks, manufacturing facilities, and cold storage properties. Andrew focuses on tenant and landlord representation as well as advising developers in South Florida.

With almost 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Andrew has been involved in more than $2 billion in transactions during his career. Most recently Andrew was with Flagler Global Logistics, the largest industrial developer in Florida. While at Flagler, Andrew led the sales and lease transactions of Flagler’s new construction development projects at Flagler Station, South Florida Logistics Center, and Countyline Corporate Park. Completing the lease and sale of over 10 million square feet of industrial buildings and 700 acres of land, Andrew led some of the largest and most complex industrial transactions in the region during his 7 years at Flagler. Some of these include the 1.1 million square foot build-to-suit for Home Depot, the 506,000 square foot build-to-suit for Imperial Dade, and the 365,000 square foot build-to-suit for KeHE. Andrew won the NAIOP “Industrial Lease Transaction of the Year” award for South Florida twice while at Flagler – the first time in 2019 for the Home Depot deal and most recently in 2022 for the KeHE deal. Prior to Flagler, Andrew spent 10 years at CBRE in Miami where he started in the research department and transitioned to brokerage where he was awarded the “Most Promising Professional Award” in 2014.

Andrew is a graduate of Franklin & Marshall College and is a third-generation real estate professional.
