Andrew Clemens

Andy Clemens joined SRS Real Estate Partners in January of 2020 as a senior vice president in the Denver office. He specializes in landlord and tenant representation at both the national and local level. Since beginning his career in New York City, Andy has completed hundreds of transactions. His deep knowledge and vast experience closing retail deals makes him an incredible resource for both landlords and tenants.

In recognition of his accomplishments, Andy has received numerous awards and accolades. He was recognized by the Commercial Observer in 2013 as a “40 under 40” and one of New York’s most promising real estate professionals. CoStar recognized him as a Power Broker in 2016, 2017, 2018 and 2019. Throughout his career he’s received many awards, recognitions and promotions for his outstanding sales and leadership efforts.

Andy is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. He sits on the retail committee at the Downtown Denver Partnership. He spends his free time with his dog, Butch, in the mountains skiing, biking, hiking, fishing, and hunting.
