Amber Edwards

Vice President

Amber Edwards joined SRS as first vice president in the Newport Beach office in 2019. Prior to SRS, she worked at Golden State Retail Group, where she led the retail tenant brokerage efforts for WKS Restaurant Group and H&R Block. Her client representation also includes Planet Fitness, Sleep Number Beds, and Blaze Pizza. Amber is well-versed in negotiating contracts and managing transactions.

Prior to her time at GSRG, Amber worked as a corporate compliance officer at First American Title and as a forensic accountant at Ernst & Young LLP, where she conducted risk assessments, developed compliance programs, performed forensic accounting analyses, and created improvement processes for a number of Fortune 500 companies. She has successfully helped companies develop enterprise risk management frameworks, including compliance with the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, the Bank Secrecy Act, and the UK Bribery Act. She received a master’s degree in accounting from the University of Southern California and a bachelor’s degree at California State University, Fresno.
