Aaron Haslam

Aaron Haslam is a Senior Research Analyst who has been with the company since 2016. Based in Phoenix, he is the primary point of contact for all mapping and research projects originating from that office, supporting retail brokers and their clients with geographic data and market insights that inform site selection, marketing, and transaction strategies.

He develops tailored deliverables using ArcGIS Pro, Esri Business Analyst, Placer.ai, and Adobe Creative Cloud, among other tools. His work includes custom mapping and aerials, demographic and trade area analysis, and research on construction activity, property ownership, zoning regulations, and customer visitation.

Before joining SRS, Aaron held a similar role at Cushman & Wakefield, providing GIS support for their retail, office, industrial, and healthcare brokerage teams.

Aaron holds a Bachelor of Interdisciplinary Studies in Business and Communication and a Master of Advanced Study in Geographic Information Systems, both from Arizona State University.
