ATLANTA (September 30, 2015) – SRS’ Southeast Investment Sales team has brokered the sale of Windsor Square in Knoxville, Tenn. Windsor Square is a 299,329-square-foot community center anchored by Burlington Coat Factory, Big Lots and Old Time Pottery. The property is located at 101 – 245 North Seven Oaks Dr., which is situated at the southeast corner of Kingston Pike and North Seven Oaks Dr. The seller, who is undisclosed at the time of this release, sold the property for $15.25 million on September 18, 2015.
“With a main and main location within Knoxville, in the heart of the Kingston Pike retail corridor, Windsor Square is an excellent piece of property with major future potential,” said Kyle Stonis, senior vice president for SRS’ Southeast Investment Sales team. “Given its solid existing cash flow and position within the market, the buyers made a great as-is acquisition and are poised to add significant value down the line.”
