ATLANTA (November 6, 2015) – SRS’ Southeast Investment Sales team has brokered the sale of a single-tenant-net-leased Walmart Neighborhood Market in Anderson, S.C. The store is located at 2003 East Greenville Street, which is situated at the northwest corner of Greenville Street and Reed Road directly across the street from AnMed Health Medical Center. The Walmart Neighborhood Market, which opened in May of 2016, consists of 41,369-square-feet on 6.5 acres of land. The seller, Cypress Equities, sold the property for an undisclosed price on November 5, 2015 to VEREIT, Inc.
