ATLANTA (November 18, 2015) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) announced that the project leasing team in Atlanta has secured two new leases at Glenwood Retail in Atlanta, Ga. Glenwood Retail is a redevelopment project by Paces Properties, LLC , the developers of Krog Street Market. The development is the revitalization of roughly 18,000 square feet of restaurant and retail on the corner of Glenwood Ave. and Gresham Ave. in East Atlanta Village and is set to complete in late December 2015.
Acorn Amplifiers, a musical equipment dealer specializing in custom handcrafted amplifiers and effects pedals, and So Worth Loving, a custom t-shirt and gift producer, will be located at the redeveloped retail shop spaces in East Atlanta Village. Acorn Amplifiers has leased a 1,975-square-foot space on the terrace level. So Worth Loving will open a 2,234-square-foot space which will include a retail store with a production and shipping facility. Both tenants will open by January of 2016.
