The outparcels are located at 14055 and 14009 Abercorn Street in Savannah, Ga, which is situated at the northwest corner of Abercorn Street and Apache Avenue and fronting Savannah Mall. The Taco Bell outparcel consist of 0.7542 acres of land. The Wells Fargo outparcel consist of 1.0637 acres. The seller, SSF Savannah Properties, LLC, sold the properties for $2,330,352.00 on March 14, 2016 to Idaho Cal Partners, LLC.
