In the Belmont Gardens neighborhood, 7-Eleven has leased a 3,200-square-foot building at 3001 North Pulaski Road. The new construction 7-Eleven will be located on the northeast corner of North Pulaski Road and West Wellington Avenue. On the northwest corner of West Belmont Avenue and North Central Park Avenue, 7-Eleven has leased a 2,500-square-foot space in the Avondale neighborhood and in downtown Chicago; 7-Eleven has leased a 2,006-square-foot space on the southeast corner of Wells Street and Lake Street that is now open for business.
