SRS Southeast Investment Sales Team Brokers

ATLANTA (May 30, 2014) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) announced that the SRS Southeast Investment Sales team in Atlanta has successfully executed three single-tenant-net-lease transactions between March and May of 2014, totaling more than $11 million in sales revenue and over 218,000 square feet of retail real estate. The properties are located in in Illinois, Missouri and Alabama and include tenants such as Winn-Dixie, Apple Market (AWG) and Sam’s Club.

The details of the transaction are as follows:

Kyle Stonis, Pierce Mayson and John Topping of the SRS Southeast Investment Sales team, along with Steven Aberman of WBS Properties, represented the seller in the sale of a Winn-Dixie located in Atmore, Ala. The property consists of approximately 38,000 square feet and is located at 600 East Church Street in the city of Atmore, two miles north of the Florida state line and six miles south of Interstate 65, which runs between Birmingham, Montgomery and Mobile.

Mayson and Stonis brokered the sale of a Sam’s Club located in O’Fallon, Ill. between an affiliate of Wells Fargo Bank, NA, and the seller out of New York City. The 132,408-square-foot Sam’s Club was purchased for $6.78 million and is located at 1350 West Highway 50; which is just northwest of the intersection of U.S. Highway 50 and North Main Street. The seller did not have representation in this transaction.

Stonis, Mayson and Topping also brokered the sale of a 48,091-square-foot property in St. Joseph, Mo., which is occupied by Apple Market (AWG). The property is located at 903 North 36th Street; which is situated along Interstate Highway 169 just south of the intersection of Fredrick Avenue and North 36th Street. The property was sold for $2.47 million on March 28. Stonis, Mayson and Topping in the SRS Atlanta office represented the seller in the transaction. The buyer did not have broker representation in this transaction.
