SRS Real Estate Partners Wins U.S. MAXI Award for Brand Refresh Campaign

DALLAS (May 29, 2014) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) was presented with a silver U.S. MAXI Award during the 2014 ICSC U.S. MAXI Awards reception held during the ICSC RECon Convention, May 18, 2014 at the Encore Hotel in Las Vegas. The 2014 ICSC U.S. MAXI Awards were open to U.S. shopping centers and shopping center companies, as well as specialty retailers, specialty leasing managers, marketing directors and/or general managers. All award-winning programs were implemented between January 1, 2012 and January 31, 2014. According to ICSC, the winners represented the highest caliber of marketing excellence and exemplify collaboration, execution, and achievement within the retail real estate industry.

SRS received a silver U.S. MAXI Award in the B2B division of the Traditional Marketing category for their brand enhancement campaign. SRS realized the need to refresh their brand in late 2011.Their rebranding in early 2009 lacked personality and didn't communicate their character and retail-only focus clearly. With those needs in mind, they set out on an across-the-board brand enhancement campaign that would boldly personify the company's character with a nod to their past and a focus on what they can do for their clients. After months of research, strategy, and creative sessions, their team along with Cohn Marketing launched the SRS brand refresh in April 2012.
