DALLAS (August 3, 2015) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) welcomes Ryan Hoff as vice president in the Austin office. He is a well-known professional in the Austin market and focuses on investment sales.
Hoff has been active in commercial real estate throughout Texas for more than a decade. He comes to SRS from Retail Solutions, where he was a principal and responsible for a multitude of investment sale transactions throughout the state of Texas. Prior to joining Retail Solutions, Hoff worked for national investment sales firm, Marcus & Millichap, in a number of capacities. In 2005, he joined their National Retail Group where he began selling single and multi-tenant retail assets across Texas. He specialized in the disposition of investment properties from $1-$20 million, ranging from single-tenant-net-leased sale-leasebacks to national credit-tenant-leased shopping centers. He also joined their National Self Storage Group in 2009, and in 2010 he joined Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation. While with MMCC, Ryan identified debt and equity placement opportunities from $1-$100 million across the country. Before joining Marcus & Millichap, Hoff sold and leased commercial properties in Austin for Henry S. Miller Commercial.
Hoff is a proud graduate of The University of Texas at Austin, where he received his bachelor’s degree in finance from The McCombs School of Business. He is also a member of the National Association of Realtors, the Texas Association of Realtors, Real Estate Council of Austin, and the International Council of Shopping Centers.
