SAN JOSE, Calif. (November 26, 2012) – Randol Mackley, a senior vice president with SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS), will be participating on a panel discussion covering mixed-use development in the South Bay. Sponsored by the Healthy Communities Forum, the event will be held on Wednesday, November 28 from 5:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. at the Santa Clara Valley Labor Center, 2102 Almaden Rd. in San Jose. The discussion, “Making Mixed-use Development Work,” will cover the challenges, obstacles, and opportunities that exist for creating successful mixed use development projects.
With Randol’s 38 years of commercial real estate expertise and knowledge of the local retail market, he will offer his perspective on how to successfully design, integrate and lease retail into mixed-use projects.
In addition to Randol, other participants include Joe Head, president of Summerhill Land; Drew Hudacek, chief investment officer, Sares Regis Group; and Chris Neal, vice president, The Core Companies. The panelists will explore strategies for how to make communities more economically, environmentally and socially healthier. This forum is free and open to the public.
