HOUSTON (February 20, 2019) – SRS Real Estate Partners represented Apex Champions, LP, a subsidiary of Summit Interests I, LP, in the leasing of a 2,894 square-foot restaurant space for Texadelphia Bar & Grill located in Houston, Texas.
The property is located off Hwy 249 at 126 Vintage Park Blvd in the Vintage Park shopping promenade.Vintage Park retailers include Hopdoddy Burger Bar, Star Cinema Grill, BRIX Wine Cellars, El Tiempo Cantina, Starbucks, Salata, Mia Bella Trattoria, Coco Crepes, Potbelly, Another Broken Egg Café, Barcelona Restaurant & Lounge, GNC, Fuzzy’s Taco Shop, Uptown Blow Dry Bar, Peli Peli Vintage Park, and many more. The Vintage Park space, previously known as Gauchos Do Sul, will undergo a significant transformation to the Texadelphia brand.
Summit Interests I, LP (“Summit”) is a partnership headed by Houston attorney and resident Jeremy Sanders. “We are very excited to open our newest location in the vibrant area of Vintage Park. It’s a superb space located under the bell tower near the entrance to the center. Our Texadelphia restaurant features a full bar and open patio, 30 televisions, 24 beer taps, extensive wine list, and a 150” HD Projector screens for special sporting events,” says Sanders.
Summit is developing four (4) Texadelphia restaurants in the Greater Houston area within the next year. In addition to the Vintage Park location, set to open in late February, Summit opened a Texadelphia in October 2018 on the Seawall in Galveston at 1228 Seawall Boulevard, and has future locations planned for Katy (Westgreen and I-10) and Memorial (near Memorial High School).
“Those familiar with the Texadelphia brand will be amazed at the transformation of the new locations, and others new to the concept will love the atmosphere and incredible food,” added Sanders. This group of four (4) locations are the initial locations to be developed; Summit and Sanders anticipate opening several more over the next few years in the Greater Houston area, Texas, and possibly out of state. “Our goal was to combine the outstanding food of Texadelphia with the ideal sports bar environment and our partnership could not be more excited for the future development of Texadelphia restaurants set in this mold.”
