Scott Ellsworth represented the landlord, Red Mountain Group, in a retail lease transaction with a convenience market for a 900-square-foot space at Big Lots Plaza located at the southwest corner of Southern Avenue and Mesa Drive in Mesa. The convenience market plans to open summer 2013.
Brian Polachek represented the tenant, Jimmy John’s, in a retail lease transaction for a 1,620-square-foot space at Shea Scottsdale Shopping Center located at the northeast corner of Scottsdale Road and Shea Boulevard in Scottsdale. Bob Rusing with Arizona Partners represented the landlord, Karlin Scottsdale Shea, LLC. Jimmy John’s plans to open this summer.
Robbie Petty represented the tenant, Catalina Cleaners, in a retail lease renewal transaction for a 2,720-square-foot space at Provinces Shopping Center, located at the northeast corner of Ray Road and McQueen Road in Chandler.
Robbie Petty and Scott Ellsworth represented the landlord, Lone Mountain AZ, LLC, in a retail lease transaction with Hand & Stone for a 2,778-square-foot space at Scottsdale North Marketplace located at the southeast corner of Lone Mountain Road and Scottsdale Road in Scottsdale.
Jeff Alba and Scott Ellsworth represented the landlord, Faznell Properties, in a retail lease transaction with TitleMax for a 2,866-square-foot space located in the former Pollo Feliz restaurant location east of the southeast corner of Apache Trail and Delaware Road in Apache Junction. TitleMax plans to open summer 2013.
