Having been with SRS since 2008, Jim has been described as an extremely hard worker with a clear focus on where he wants to take his business. He has excelled at leveraging his existing network in creating opportunities not only for the Denver office, but for SRS nationally. Jim represents Boston Market nationally including disposition and new store locations, and he was part of the team that won the ShopKo account. Jim and the Shopko team are working on a disposition assignment that involves a large portfolio of Pamida stores. Always looking ahead, Jim is hoping that his work with Shopko will open build-to-suit opportunities with Cypress Equities.
