SAN FRANCISCO (December 4, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners announced today that Park Boulevard Partners sold a two-story office building, located at 2555 Park Blvd. in Palo Alto, Calif., to Campbell Avenue Portfolio, LLC. The sale, which closed on Nov. 25, marks the first time the 12,632-square-foot property has traded since 1963. The property includes an 8,810-square-foot building with surface parking and is conveniently located three blocks from the California Ave. Caltrain station.
