NEW YORK (July 31, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners announces that David Wirth, Senior Vice President, of SRS’ Philadelphia office, represented Haven Cherry Hill LLC in the sale of a 8,512 square foot retail building at 606 Haddonfield Road in Cherry Hill, N.J.
Pier 1 Imports, Inc. was formerly in the space and is relocating. The new owner, Cedar Properties, LLC, plans to renovate the building and add additional tenants.
