DALLAS (June 30, 2013) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) announces highlights of June transactions and new assignments.
Atlanta:
- Wireless One Management, LLC, a Verizon Wireless Premium Dealer, has leased a 2,200-square-foot space at Retreat Village on St. Simons Island, Ga. The Retreat Village Shopping Center is located at 248 Retreat Village at the intersection of Demere Road and Frederica Road on St. Simons Island, Ga.
Sarah Williams with SRS represented the tenant. Lily H. Heimburger, also with SRS, represented the landlord in this transaction.
- RCG-Newnan, LLC, has sold Shenandoah Plaza, a 146,121-square-foot neighborhood center in Newnan, Ga., to Georgia Capital Group, LLC. Shenandoah Plaza is located at 228 Bullsboro Drive in Coweta County, roughly 30 miles southwest of Atlanta in the city Newnan, Ga.
Kyle Stonis and Pierce Mayson in the SRS’ Atlanta office represented the seller, RCG-Newnan, LLC, in the transaction.
- Hobby Lobby has executed leases for two new locations in Macon and Milledgeville, Ga. The lease at Riverside Place Shopping Center in Macon, Ga., is for a 55,134-square-foot space. Riverside Shopping Center is located at 5019 Riverside Dr. near the intersection on Riverside Drive and New Forsyth Road. The new Milledgeville store at Heritage Walk will consist of a 56,252-square-foot space. Heritage Walk is situated along North Columbia Street, south of the intersection of North Columbia Street and Robertson Mill Road.

Austin/San Antonio:
- SRS announces the sale of the Marketplace Shops located at 3007 East Central Expressway in Killeen, Tx. The 8,000-square-foot strip center is located along Killeen’s busiest thoroughfare and densest retail corridor.
Jason Middlebrook of SRS represented the seller in the transaction.
- K1 Speed has leased 42,217-square-feet at 6955 NW Loop in San Antonio, Texas. The new site is located in close proximity to Ingram Park Mall and the Westover Hills Trade Area, home to Sea World.

New York:
- SRS announces that Dollar Tree/Deal$ has leased 8,000-square-feet at 32-75 Steinway St., Astoria, N.Y. The store is scheduled to open in the fall of 2013.
Erin Grace CCIM, with SRS’ New York office represented the tenant, Dollar Tree/Deal$, in the transaction. Jeffrey Schettino of Lucid Vass Realty Group, LLC represented the landlord, Astoria Properties Company, LLC.
Phoenix:
- CVS/pharmacy has leased a 12,000-square-foot space in Main Gate Square located at 825 E. University Boulevard in Tucson, Ariz. The space is located at the northwest corner of University Boulevard and Euclid Avenue.
Ed Beeh and Chuck Gibson with SRS represented the tenant, CVS/pharmacy.
- Dollar Tree has leased a 12,100-square-foot space in the San Tan Gateway North Shopping Center located at the northeast corner of Loop 202 and Arizona Avenue in Chandler, Ariz.
Kurt Kalocin with SRS represented the tenant, Dollar Tree, in the transaction.
- SRS welcomes Corey Condit as senior associate in the Phoenix office. Condit will focus on tenant representation, landlord representation and investment services alongside the Phoenix team.
San Francisco:

- Vitamin Shoppe will open a 3,374-square-foot store at the Potrero Center in San Francisco on June 23, located at 2300 16th Street.
