DENVER (March 7, 2014) – SRS Real Estate Partners welcomes Tami Lord as vice president in the Denver office. She will focus on tenant and landlord representation alongside the Denver team.
Tami joins SRS with more than 18 years of experience in commercial real estate. Most recently she worked with Legend Retail Group after having returned to Colorado, where she grew up. Prior to that, she worked with Voit Commercial Brokerage where she handled in excess of $62 million in transactions over a 2.5 year period. Tami also has past experience representing the sales and leasing interests of over 1.5 million square feet of ground-up retail development in the highly dynamic Las Vegas market. She has represented the commercial real estate needs of many retailers on a local, regional, and national level such as GolfSmith, Michaels Arts & Crafts, TGI Fridays, Panda Express, Payless Shoes, Sally Beauty Supply, Spa 810, Tropical Smoothie, and GNC. Tami has also worked with many top developers such as General Growth Properties, Weingarten Realty, Regency Centers, Kimco, Developers Diversified, and Inland.
