DALLAS (December 16, 2014) – SRS Real Estate Partners welcomes Al Herman as senior associate in the Tampa office. With a background in real estate consulting and advisory, he will focus on tenant representation, landlord representation and disposition.
Herman has nine years of experience in the finance and commercial real estate industries. He most recently worked with Custom Brokers out of New York, where he provided consulting services specializing in commercial property due diligence, and advisory functions for acquisition and disposition of properties. Herman also worked with Concrete Stories LLC, also in New York, where he gained experience in tenant and landlord representation, coordinated project RFPs, and performed valuations of all property types. Herman's finance background comes from his time at Pricewaterhouse Coopers where he handled financial statement analysis and lease abstracting for all major property types, and evaluated the origination and securitization of over $20 billion dollars of single asset loans.
