SRS Real Estate Partners Hires Senior Associate in Orlando

DALLAS (August 5, 2014) – SRS Real Estate Partners welcomes Danielle M. O'Hara Murphy as a senior associate in the Orlando office. She will primarily focus on providing tenant representation for national retailers, as well as acquisitions, dispositions, investment properties and landlord representation.

O’Hara Murphy brings more than ten years of experience in the Florida commercial real estate market to SRS. Previously, she worked with several of the top corporate real estate providers in the business including CBRE, The Staubach Company and JLL where she progressively advanced her role at each company. She has participated in a wide range of services from office and industrial transactions to investments within capital markets. O’Hara Murphy also worked for a boutique firm, Tom Cook Commercial, in downtown Orlando and gained valuable local insight within the Central Business District. Her diverse and multi-disciplined background makes her uniquely positioned to understand deal economics and logistics related to both the tenant and the landlord or ownership entity.

O’Hara Murphy holds a Bachelor of Arts and Sciences in psychology, with minor concentrations in pre-law and marketing from the University of Tampa. She is a member of Commercial Real Estate Women (CREW), the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), and active in the National Association of Industrial and Office Properties (NAIOP).
