DALLAS (February 20, 2014) – SRS Real Estate Partners welcomes Will Majors as senior vice president and market leader in the Austin office. He will focus on tenant and landlord representation and will be responsible for growing his market’s client base and recruiting qualified brokers who desire to become part of SRS' global retail real estate platform.
Majors brings more than 12 years of experience in the retail real estate industry and has been involved in many notable projects in the Austin market. Previously, he worked at Endeavor Real Estate Group where he was responsible for more than 2 million square feet of transactions. Most recently, Majors focused on the leasing of first generation anchor projects such as 1890 Ranch in Cedar Park and Sunset Valley Homestead in Austin. He has been recognized as a "Heavy Hitter" by the Austin Business Journal for six of the past eight years.
