ORLANDO (December 11, 2011) – SRS Real Estate Partners welcomes Jamie Pape as senior marketing coordinator in the Orlando office. Pape will be responsible for executing the national marketing strategy for the Orlando and Tampa offices and will take a leadership role in the national marketing committee.
Prior to joining SRS Real Estate Partners, Pape directed the overall marketing, public relations and sales support initiatives for a global regulatory and product safety consulting firm. She was responsible for strengthening brand awareness and credibility as well as generating and nurturing sales leads. Pape also has experience in commercial real estate, having supported the retail marketing vision for The Villages, the largest residential mixed-use real estate development in the U.S. In that role, she was responsible for positioning more than 2.7 million square feet of commercial properties such as Walmart, The Fresh Market, Bonefish Grill, Red Lobster, Olive Garden, Ruby Tuesday, Golden Corral, Dunkin Donuts, Häagen-Dazs, Jos. A. Bank, Chico’s, Izod, Bass, Bealls and more.
