SRS Real Estate Partners Hires First Vice President in San Antonio, Texas

DALLAS (April 30, 2015) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) welcomes Webb Sellers as first vice president in the San Antonio office. With a background in all aspects of commercial real estate, Sellers is working closely alongside the Austin team and expanding SRS’ presence in the San Antonio market.

With more than seven years in the industry and experience in tenant representation, investment sales, acquisitions, dispositions, and land brokerage, Sellers joins SRS from Holliday Commercial Realty Interests. There, he worked directly with many national retailers including Hibbett Sports, rolling out their build-to-suit program throughout Texas and the Midwest. He also worked with Discount Tire Company, representing their expansion efforts throughout all of Central and South Texas. His tenant representation expertise brought many restaurants and tenants to Pearl Brewery, a mixed-use space featuring retail, dining, picturesque green spaces and paseos, a riverside amphitheater, and educational institutions all residing in the historical Pearl Brewery buildings in downtown San Antonio. Sellers also has experience with the development of ground-up retail projects, many of which were Walmart-anchored, preleased, multi-tenant projects. He also played a role in the sale of Plaza del Sol in Del Rio, Texas for CBL and Associates Properties.

Sellers has a bachelor’s degree in communication and urban and regional planning from Texas A&M University, and recently was elected to the Liberal Arts Advisory Council for the School of Liberal Arts. He is very active in his community and in the industry as a Young Texans Against Cancer board member and a graduate of the San Antonio Real Estate Council Leadership Development Program.
