AUSTIN, TEXAS (April 15, 2014) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) welcomes T.J. Powell as first vice president in the Austin office. He will focus on tenant and landlord representation.
Powell has four years of commercial real estate experience and joins SRS from Retail Solutions. There, he focused on third party project leasing and tenant representation. Powell has made a name for himself in the Austin market, earning recognition as one of the Austin Business Journal's Heavy Hitters in 2012. He has worked with notable national retailers such as HEB, Firehouse Subs, and Wells Fargo.

Powell has a juris doctor from South Texas College of Law and a bachelor's degree from Baylor University. He is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers as well as the ICSC Next Gen Committee.
