DALLAS (February 27, 2015) – SRS Real Estate Partners welcomes Brad Whittell as an associate in the San Francisco office. He is the latest addition to the San Francisco Bay Area Investment Services team led by Michael Federle, and is responsible for marketing, research and analytics of retail and mixed-use investment sales opportunities in the Northern California and Nevada markets.
Prior to joining SRS, Whittell had 10 years of experience in commercial real estate transactions, including a total of eight years with Wells Fargo Realty Finance and Newmark Realty Capital. He has been involved in financing transactions totaling more than $500 million and has been instrumental in managing troubled assets and mortgage workouts. Through his experience in real estate lending, he has gained an adept understanding of land acquisition financing, construction financing, and commercial permanent financing, as well as portfolio management. Whittell will initially focus on San Francisco Bay Area shopping center sales and finance and will assist SRS clients in sourcing capital for various asset categories.
