SRS Real Estate Partners Hires Adam Tietz

DENVER (September 16, 2015) – SRS Real Estate Partners welcomes Adam Tietz as first vice president in the Denver office.

Adam joins SRS with more than five years of commercial real estate experience. He most recently worked with the Barclay Group as a senior associate of acquisitions where his responsibilities included identifying, analyzing, and negotiating an array of development projects ranging from master-planned residential communities to regional shopping centers. He had influence over every step of the deal process, from initial site identification to final tenant approval, and played a large part in identifying and analyzing primary risks along the way. Prior to joining the Barclay Group, Adam worked for several years as an urban planner in the Denver metro area. In his role as an urban planner, Adam assisted in the implementation of community redevelopment plans, zoning code amendments, and new development projects for all property types.

Adam has a master’s degree in real estate development from Clemson University, as well as a master’s of community and regional planning from the University of Nebraska where he also received his bachelor’s degree. Adam is a volunteer with Big Brothers-Big Sisters and is an active member of both ICSC and the Urban Land Institute. In his spare time he likes to pursue athletic activities outdoors such as golf, skiing, hiking, camping, and mountain biking. He also likes to watch sports, particularly the Nebraska Huskers football team.
