San Francisco, CA (October 25, 2023) – SRS Real Estate Partners announced it has named Jeff Gates as Senior Vice President for the firm’s Capital Markets practice in San Francisco. Gates specializes in the acquisition and disposition of net-leased investment and multi-tenant properties.
Gates brings more than 15 years of transaction experience in the commercial real estate industry and has executed more than 800 transactions valued in excess of $1 billion. Prior to joining SRS, Gates was with The Kase Group where he served as Director.
