Newport Beach, Calif (October 2, 2012) – SRS Real Estate Partners (SRS) congratulates Scott Landgraf, senior vice president in the Newport Beach office, for being a member of Regis University’s Athletics 2013 Hall of Fame class. The induction banquet will be held at the DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Central Hotel on Feb. 16, 2013. Landgraf will be honored along with three other individuals and one team.
Landgraf, a Denver native, graduated from Regis University in 1991. He was named 1990 First Team All-Central Region and preseason All-America selection by Collegiate Baseball Magazine in 1991. During his four year career, Landgraf was tabbed four times as a First Team All-Colorado Intercollegiate Baseball Association selection. His 51 career homeruns still stand as a Regis career best, out-distancing second place by 16 homeruns. Landgraf’s 18 homeruns in 1990 are the third most in one season in school history.
The 1991 baseball team was inducted into the Regis University’s Athletics Hall of Fame in 2008, and, according to the University, had such a successful season due in large part to Landgraf. He led his team to 34 wins and the school’s first ever NCAA Tournament berth in baseball.
