SRS Real Estate Partners today announced the $7.67 million sale of the former Casa Grande Mall, a 221,328-square-foot multi-tenant retail center located at the northwest corner of Florence Boulevard & Colorado Street in Casa Grande.
SRS Senior Vice President & Principal Brian Polachek in the Phoenix office represented the buyer, Hinkson Company, LLC, a commercial real estate developer and investor based in Arizona.
Situated on 15.53 acres on Florence Boulevard, the shopping center was once anchored by Kmart, Big Lots, a movie theatre, and several small shop space tenants.
