SRS Real Estate Partners announced today it has completed the $2 million sale of a Take 5 Oil Change property located at 6795 Wadsworth Boulevard in Arvada, CO. The 1,189-square-foot property has a new 20-year lease in place.
SRS Capital Markets Vice Presidents Ryan Tomkins, Patrick McGlinchey and Justin Gregory represented the seller, a local developer/private investor. The buyer was a local private investor who was in a 1031 exchange.
“This property was previously marketed by another firm which wasn’t able to find a buyer,” said Tomkins. “SRS’ aggressive marketing program successfully procured multiple offers and identified the best offer with an all-cash buyer.”
The property is well-located at a busy intersection and is within a densely populated area with more than 324,000 residents within a five-mile radius.
